POSITION: Food Service Director

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Hands on Food Service Director/ General Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude and ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting.
The Food Service Director has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to University Administration and The District Manager.

Requirements:
· 3 Plus Years in a Senior Leadership Role in a College or University setting
· Solid knowledge of kitchen, café, retail, catering and student dining operations
· Solid understanding of Guest and Client Relations
· Impeccable Communication Skills
· Restaurant Management knowledge
· Knowledge of Menu implementation
· Culinary or Specialized Restaurant Management Degree strongly preferred
