As an Operational Project Manager in Mobility, you will help coordinate and manage ongoing operational projects and provide support to our executive team. You will work cross functionally to track progress, assign due dates, and report on all projects within the mobility space. Additionally, it will require an exceptional communicator and someone who can pivot quickly when the business changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor, and report on all mobility operational projects

• Provide detailed progress reports and metrics

• Identify risks and gaps to ensure project completion

• Advocate and communicate key risks to leadership promptly to avoid project delays

• Motivate team members to prioritize and complete tasks critical to the projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication is key with this role. We will need someone with top notch communication skills that can boil a lot down to clear, concise directives.

• Must be comfortable in front of the executive team and able to communicate at all levels within the organization.

• Flexibility will also be a key component to this role. A successful candidate will be comfortable shifting and tweaking as projects and directives change. Mobility moves very quickly, and so do projects.

• Strong presentation skills are a must. This role will require someone to distill a lot of information down to the simplest terms to present at all levels.
