Compensation:
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I (TA): $65,954 - $78,079
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II (TA): $76,577 - $85,288
Associate Transit Management Analyst (TA): $86,565 - $112,083
Responsibilities:
They will prepare required written requests for new chemical and paint approvals by OSS due to acquisition of the R211 railcars and new work train projects. Participate in mandated audits of shop operations dealing with chemical/hazardouswaste/environmental compliance conducted by NYS Department of EnvironmentalConservation and OSS. Coordinate the Qualified Products List (QPL) recertification process for paint, cleaner, adhesive and other chemical products. Work in this area includes producing QPL recertification forms for each product involved,contacting/writing to manufacturers advising them of need to recertify these products for the QPL via these forms, collecting the signed forms from manufacturers, and maintaining a QPL recertification database for these items (includes product names, stock #s, QPL recertification dates, when next scheduled QPL recertification is due).Sampling parts washing tanks at various DCE shop locations. Process invoice payments.
