We are now hiring for a full-time Quality Assurance Manager to join our Team! 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Oversight of the monitoring systems for early childhood programming.
• Serves as the project manager for all early childhood audits, monitoring reviews, and the self-assessment. 
• Provides training and other support on performance standards, compliance issues and other ECE processes including data management and systems as well as, supervision of Data Technician.
• Works in conjunction with content area managers to integrate and analyze data across content areas. Oversees submission of accurate information for the Head Start Program Information Report (PIR) and other required data and documentation.
• Collaborates in the development of quality improvement plans, corrective action plans and other interventions to ensure quality and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree in ECE from an accredited college or university; or Masters Degree in related field from an accredited college or university and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching 0-5 children. 

• 5 years experience in delivery or administration of early childhood programs, including knowledge of EHS/HS Performance Standards, regulations and policies.

 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• MFS staff are required to provide proof of vaccination or have an approved Medical exemption prior to starting employment. If an approved Medical exemption is obtained, weekly testing is required. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch.
• The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

 SALARY:

• Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The salary for the position is up to $72,000.
