We currently have openings at multiple locations including North Children’s Center in Belmont Cragin, Learning and Wellness Center in Back of the Yards, and Midway Children’s Center in Chicago Lawn.

We are currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $3,000 for full-time and $1,500 for part-time Teacher positions.
Individuals working at least 20.75 hours a week, are benefit eligible on a prorated basis! In addition to continuous career development and support, other benefits offered include:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college or university or
Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in field outside of ECE, with minimum of 60 college credit hours or more, out of which 15 must be in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
For Head Start only funded programming –Child Development Associates credential and a Gateways to Opportunity Level 2 ECE credential
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
MFS staff are required to provide proof of vaccination or have an approved Medical exemption prior to starting employment
Must be able to lift a child up to 50lbs
SALARY:
Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average salary for the position is $40,000.
