Metropolis DMV Contracting is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Alexandria, VA

About us

Metropolis painting and contracting is a family owned and operated company. We are a full-service commercial painting and general contracting company that has been serving property managers, business owners and homeowners across the VA, MD, and DC areas.

Assistant

Duties:

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Transcribe and file documents as needed
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

  • Type up proposals.

Skills:

Not a must but would like a spanish speaking employee.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Metropolis painting and contracting is a family owned and operated company. We are a full-service commercial painting and general contracting company that has been serving property managers, business owners and homeowners across the VA, MD, and DC areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Benefits:
