The Profile:
For this position, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in a professional office environment.
The Position:
In this key support role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This position will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, handling office operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Primary Tasks:
- Answering phones enthusiastically and directing calls to proper people
- Assist with planning and preparing for in office customer meetings/events
- Making travel arrangements – (Daily) and being reactive to last minute changes.
- Shipping and Receiving
- Assist with quoting (annual maintenance, services and parts) as needed
- Filing (Electronic)
- Ordering supplies
- Organize delivery of customer orders (includes both shipping and scheduling services)
- File internal credit card receipts
- Coordinate service jobs - both software trainings and machine services
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
- Customer service

Desired experience:
- Making travel arrangements (flight, hotel and car reservations)
- UPS and Fedex shipping platforms – International shipping is a plus!
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
