Job Description:
Due to company growth Metro Pavers, Inc. is hiring an additional Paving Superintendent. This is an opportunity for Paving Superintendent with 5 years of experience, to join an award-winning, well established, paving company in the corridor area.
At Metro Pavers Paving Superintendents are responsible for managing all aspects of paving projects. They work closely with Project Managers, Crew Members, Subcontractors, Clients/Customers, Engineers, and inspectors. Ensuring projects are completed within budget and deadlines are met are essential functions of this position. They are responsible for ensuring that all OSHA, DOT, SUDAS as well as Metro Pavers regulations and guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements:
Pay is dependent on experience.
This position requires experience with budgeting, scheduling, computer skills to include Microsoft programs, estimating software, as well as the ability to read plans. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in training others who has a strong work ethic, is highly organized, is analytical with strong problem solving skills.
The physical requirements of this position include being able to work outside in all types of weather, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
