Qualifications of Sales Associate

• A confident & outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

• Well-spoken & able to conduct dynamic sales presentations
• The ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, & most holidays

Application Question(s):

• Are you available to work weekends, most holidays, and on average 40-45 hours a week? (Must be able to work weekends and most holidays. Not Negotiable.)
• Are you able to travel to Southington, CT for one week (Monday-Friday) of employment for paid sales training? Hotel accommodations (if commute is an hour or more) will be paid for by the company and mileage will be reimbursed upon completion of training.
