Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all district locations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving sales growth
- Excellent project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic planning skills to develop long-term goals and objectives for the district
- Demonstrated success in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and achieving results
- Ability to effectively supervise and manage a diverse team of employees
- Proficient in analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations-

-Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them

-Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale

-Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs

-Troubleshoot phones

-Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out
