Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support

- Demonstrated success in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and achieving results
- Ability to effectively supervise and manage a diverse team of employees
- Proficient in analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations-
