Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and employees.
• Utilize our client's curriculum, including presentations, outlines, handouts, exercises, and assessments.
• Identify and report discrepancies between products and documentation.
• Maintain training facilities to ensure an optimal learning environment.
• Provide feedback to enhance employee culture and customer experience.
• Offer technical support to customers and internal departments.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Propose enhancements to the curriculum.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects within specified timelines.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest solutions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in production automation processes.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime and up to 50% travel.
• Adaptability to varying working environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills.
• Familiarity with basic electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic theory.
• Ability to read electronic and mechanical prints.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $35.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
