Full-Time Onsite Position

Must-Haves:

• Associate's degree in nursing (Required)
• BLS - American Heart Association
• Valid RN License for Georgia or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• 1.5 years of bedside nursing experience
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Technical Skills:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Handle with Care Certification or CPI (preferred)
• ACLS (preferred)

Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director, the successful candidate will perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department. This includes planning, providing, and evaluating total nursing care in accordance with established patient care philosophies. The nurse will facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing, adhering to departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

The role also involves maintaining satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units, ensuring continuity of care across shifts, and participating in all phases of education. Additionally, the nurse will need to thrive in a stressful environment and take appropriate action as needed.

Pay: $65,525.00 - $85,000.00 per year
