Will there be any on call? If so, how much? 1 Week per Month

What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Columbus Area

About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? 100 to 150 miles
What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 30
What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB
Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? Home Health
Pay Package: $51-53 per hour, based on experience.
