Hours: full-time M-F 8am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between all other departments and the kitchen management team, communicating information about operational needs, process updates, and other vital information
• Supporting our Culinary Production Manager / General Manager in managing day-to-day operations - you might find yourself working with each other plating meals, processing reusable packaging, or porting out deliveries, depending on where you’re most needed.
• Highlight areas that are in need of improvement and develop special projects to drive positive results.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Any other additional tasks as necessary, such as packaging orders, order fulfillment, etc to ensure the team is successful in delivering a high quality product experience

Skills and Requirements:

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate;
• Detail-oriented, hyper-organized, and great at finding opportunities to improve processes;
• Food and beverage experience preferred;
• Passionate about healthy food
• Comfortable getting your hands dirty (physical work): able to lift at least 40 pounds, frequently bend at the wrists, elbows, neck, waist, and knees while carrying weight and stand for long periods of up to 10 hours;
• Deep curiosity about the principles of cooking, nutrition, health, and wellness.
• Team-oriented – always defaults to "us" over "me".
• Able to work at our kitchen in Concord, California.
• Fully Vaccinated
