Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.
• Two years of experience in painting and preferred experience in other phases of building maintenance. Experience in trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and heating/air conditioning. 
• Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as painting and sheet rocking.
