Property management company is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician to run a large apartment community located in Corpus Christi, TX.
The Assistant Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- maintaining the physical condition of the property
- Completing service requests for occupied units.
- Preparing vacant units for new residents.
- Act as Lead Maintenance when the Lead is absent.
- Other duties as assigned.
The perfect candidate would have the following experience:
- HVAC Certification
- Experience in plumbing, electrical repair, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Experience in sheetrock repairs and painting.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
