Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the agricultural community.
• Strive to understand and meet customer needs by offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Drive sales growth by exceeding personal goals and targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Educate growers on new technologies and advancements in the industry, effectively articulating their benefits.
• Provide sound recommendations on seed and crop protection products to optimize crop yield and performance.
• Proactively prospect for new customers and manage a diverse territory to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in production agriculture with knowledge of area crops.
• Preferred certification as a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), CDL desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for the agriculture industry.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse territory and prioritize tasks.
