We are currently looking for a project manager to join one of the top construction firms in the Dallas area.. This is the chance to work across some versatile sectors in construction with specific focus in the Healthcare or Industrial/Mission Critical industries, so any experience on these kind of projects, although not essential, is a bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the project and every aspect of it is delivered on time and within budget
- Planning and documenting project tasks as well as communicating these effectively to APMs, Superintendents and Project Engineers.
- Creating and managing a schedule and timeline for the project
- Manage the project through from conception to completion
- Managing all project resources which include effective communication with subcontractors
- Serve as a liason for stakeholders
- Take leadership on aspects of the role
