MetaPhase Consulting is currently supporting the US Marshalls Service (USMS). In support of this project, MPC is seeking a SharePoint Developer with 5 years of experience to drive our continued growth at the United States Marshals Service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team supporting the United States Marshals Service. There, our team will be supporting a highly dynamic mission that is at the forefront of the justice system. The position is located in DC Metro area. 

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum of five (5 ) years' work experience related to SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automation and Power BI development. Preferred experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cloud Application development. 
• Minimum of two (2 ) years’ experience working with form development platforms, preferably Adobe Creative, Document, and Experience Cloud and Experience Platform. 
• Superior time management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills. 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources. 
• Ability to take direction well, strong attention to detail and exhibit a high level of confidentiality. 

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online requirements ensuring Active Directory (AD) security groups, personnel and system permissions and accounts are accurately identified. 
• Assists with the strategic development and enhancement of JSD SharePoint and SharePoint Online information support systems. 
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and any related issues on JSD SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online platforms. 
• Implement agile best practices to transform and modernize existing and future SharePoint development efforts. 
• Interpret ITD/JSD technology governance and communicate significance to non-technical JSD stakeholders; provide technical input to ITD as needed. 
• Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure JSD strategies are aligned with the overall USMS strategy and market conditions. 
• Provide UI/UX design consultation for SharePoint sites based on prior experience in web development. 
• Serves as a Technology Solutions Center customer technical analyst with responsibility for resolving complex customer problems. Assists in the problem management process to identify root cause analysis and resolution; deploys resolutions to all affected program office, personnel profiles, and accounts. 

Work Location 

Mostly remote but will be asked to go into the office (USMS HQ in Crystal City) for about 2x a month.

Education Level 

• Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) required. 
• Graduate degree preferred. Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. 
• Preferred certifications related to AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified Data Professional (CDP). 
• Active Public Trust clearance
