OVERVIEW
The SharePoint Developer applies current graphics design and .NET technologies to develop, modify, and maintain SharePoint server portals in support of the Privacy Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upgrade/Rebuild existing APM tool
- Study existing systems and document existing issues from standalone testing and end-user feedback
- Follow Agile methodology and document requirements and related project development information/metrics for clients' benefit
- Use available mechanisms for tracking and working in Sprints and using metrics for status update meetings to clients/managers
- Support the creation, execution and documentation of functional and automated tests necessary to ensure that delivered product meets requirements
- Design system and program test data, debug programs using appropriate system tools and ensure system and program results are accurate to meet specifications
- Enhance existing programs and systems to correct errors or provide new functions
- Consult with clients to gather requirements and make suggestions aligned with best practices in given SharePoint environments
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- DoD Secret Clearance preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Three (3) years of developing web front-end SharePoint applications using Info Path
- Three (3) years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Three (3) years of experience designing and developing custom workflows and forms
- Excellent communications skills
