Duties

· Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.

· Inspect equipment, identifying potential issues before they escalate.

· Skillfully troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.

· Execute timely repairs or part replacements.

· Fine-tune machine settings for optimal production quality.

· Work collaboratively to tackle complex technical challenges.

· Document all maintenance and repair work with precision.

· Adhere to strict safety standards and keep your workspace orderly.

Skills

Your technical toolkit should include:

· In-depth knowledge of industrial mechanics and HVAC systems.

· Competency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

· Industrial maintenance and repair experience.

· Acquaintance with technical sales dynamics.

· Capability to program and understand logic controllers.

· Welding proficiency for repairs and projects.

· Electrical troubleshooting and repair know-how.

· Additional experience as an industrial electrician or with HVAC/R systems is a significant asset.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.

· A solid three-year background in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLCs, and preventive maintenance.

· Willing to work overtime with dependable and timely attendance.

· Can comfortably lift to 50 pounds when required.
