Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Technician to join our team. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency. Your expertise in machining, mechanical knowledge, and blueprint reading will be essential in this role. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines such as milling machines, press brake machines, and other equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Read and interpret blueprints to assemble components accurately
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
- Proficient in welding and assembly techniques
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles and equipment operation
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of press brake machines and logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
