Role: Customer Service Representative/ Medical assistant

Location: Remote/Morrow GA

Contract Duration:12 Months

Qualifications

Description:

• As Member Services Representatives, consultants will assist members with questions including, but not limited to, the following: coverage and benefits (eligibility), Primary Care Physician (PCP) changes, Address updates, Claims, KPWA bills, Providers, Complaints, Web support, Material/Document requests. 
• Consultants will be responsible for asking probing question to understand member's needs. 
  Target Agent Work at Home Medical Coding/ Billing, Doctor’s office Appointment Scheduling, Medical Registration, tech support background very helpful 
• Candidates must have basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate efficiently while using multiple applications.
  Candidates must be able to read and speak fluently in English. 
  Agents may need to return to office upon request. 
  Each candidate must use their cellular device as a token and need to validate whether they have an android or iPhone. 
• Day 1 - 3 of training will be onsite (full days)
• Required equipment (such as laptop, headset) will be provided by client.
