Role Overview:
We're seeking a versatile and customer-focused Host/Cashier to join our team in Cincinnati. In this dual role, you'll welcome clients to our office with warmth and professionalism as a Host, while also providing efficient cashier services to ensure smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and math skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
