Thorntons Ferry is seeking a highly motivated Special Education Case Manager for the 2024-2025 school year.Thorntons Ferry School is a Pre-K to 4th grade elementary school with almost 600 students. We pride ourselves on being "better together" and establishing a strong sense of community among our students, families, and staff. This position would work with students with diverse needs, including intellectual, social emotional and physical. Responsibilities include academic interventions, social emotional learning, overseeing of paraeducators, IEP development, case management, collaborations with general education teachers and conducting academic assessments. This position requires strong collaboration skills, a reflective practice, and the ability to solve problems collaboratively. NH Certification in Special Education required.
