merrill field inn is Hiring a Front Desk Clerk Near Anchorage, AK
Monday- Friday 8AM to 4PM (able to come in at least 5 minutes early)
Duties include:
Count in/out of a till
Double checking all paperwork
Check in/out guests
File future reservations and cancellations
Using a credit card machine and cash register
Use of Excel for recording transactions
Taking reservations on the phone and answering customer questions
Basic cleaning and sanitation of office/lobby and bathroom
Basic computer skills such as:
Using a Property Management System
Responding to E-mails
Using Word and Excel
Must be reliable and punctual
Half the job is showing up; on-time
Experience in hospitality unnecessary but will help.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Anchorage, AK 99501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
