We are currently seeking a Customer Care Leader to fill a pivotal role within our growing organization. This is a full-time, exempt position based out of our Fort Myers, FL, Corporate HQ. This leadership position will champion our company’s desire to delight the customer with quality and satisfaction. The primary focus of this position is to lead the two teams under the Customer Care umbrella: The inside sales (customer service) team and technical customer support call center team. This customer-facing leader must navigate the challenging dynamics of inside sales/customer service with the technical services troubleshooting aspect yet still meet departmental objectives for each. The right fit for this role should be able to thrive in chaos and still maintain balance with building and nurturing customers, advocating customer needs, driving brand loyalty, and promoting engaging and innovative initiatives and activities. An entrepreneurial mindset can be helpful, and a background in customer service center management, or technical support call center management may be good background experience that can translate nicely for what we need in this role.

Some primary responsibilities will be to lead, develop, and manage our Inside Sales/customer service and Technical Support teams and build activities and initiatives that champion essential customer-centric services.

Candidates must be proficient in MS applications and have ERP system experience. Leadership skills and experience are required, with verifiable past roles as management and/or senior management. The right fit must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be technically/mechanically savvy, with the ability to think outside of the box and grow our customer care departments. We need a leader who will cultivate a professional and fun team environment while promoting growth and attracting talent. Management experience and skills are needed for consistently identifying strengths and weaknesses and taking action with each to support continuous improvement and success.
