Meridian Mechanical Services, LLC is Hiring a Plumbing Service Technician Near Cocoa, FL
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures.
- Work directly with building owners, facilities staff and property managers to resolve building issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used to include T&M (Time and material tickets).

The hours are 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities available based on individual project demands. Service field staff are required to participate in the on-call rotation. Rotation depends on current field staff quantity.
Plumbing Service Qualifications / Skills:
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings.
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper and other common pipe materials.
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Diligence and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- 3 years’ experience as a journeyman plumber (required)
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must perform background check, drug test and motor vehicle background.
- Must have own tools (personal hand tools)
