Job Summary:
Seeking an individual for the position of Medicaid/Social Security enrollment and eligibility specialist.

Duties:

-Initiate Medicaid application for individuals, review MESAV screens monthly and monitor correspondence from Medicaid office and ensure individuals establish and maintain Medicaid eligibility.

- Submit SSI/SSDI disability application for individuals in the HCS/ICF program within 48hrs of admission and as determined by SSI/SSDI.
-Submit paper documents to Social Security office in person and by mail.

-Communicate with Social Security office to ensure that medical records and to her information are submitted timely.

-Process appeals for SSI/SSDI in accordance with Social Security policies and procedures.

-Submit paperwork for change of payee immediately upon admission and follow up as necessary.

Requirements:
- High school /College diploma

-2 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
