Position: Sales & Procurement Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Procurement Manager to join our Fresno, CA Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing the procurement process to ensure a steady supply of high-quality berries, and guiding the Sales Team initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand sales reach
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of berries
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and procurement strategies
- Analyze sales and procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and procurement team to drive results and achieve goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in sales and procurement roles in the berry industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of the berry industry and market trends- Strong negotiation and communication skills
