Mercy is Hiring a RN -- ICU Near Oklahoma, OK

$15,000 Sign On Bonus, ($10,000 for new grad RN) - No contract!

Shifts/Roles available:

  • Full Time Nights - 7p-7a
  • Part Time Nights - 7p-7a 24hrs/week (same sign on bonus as Full time)
  • FT Weekend Nights - $15 Incentive, 1-yr agreement to work all shfts Fri-Sat-Sun
  • ICU Resource - $10 incentive, Requires >1 yr of ICU RN Experience, 6 months ICU within the last 12 months

Qualifications:

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License

Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS; if new to the unit nurse will obtain within the first three months of employment in Critical CareOther: Completes Hospital and Unit Specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/ Education Coordinator.

Preferred Education: BSN, preferred
