Description:

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Summary:

Responsible for executing recruitment activities including interviews, onboarding and support of middle level management and individual contributor positions. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring managers for assigned divisions to address Talent Acquisition needs . Maintains and fosters excellent relations with hiring managers and providing a highly professional and excellent candidate experience.

What the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will need:

  • Education- Minimum: High School diploma. Or Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
    Related Experience
    Minimum: One year of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role, with two years of customer service experience in a high volume work environment.
    Preferred: Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Employment, and/or HRIS. Experience posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting reference and background checks.

What the Talent Acquisition Partnerwill do:

  • Performs recruitment support activities including applicant tracking, assessment testing, applicant pre-screening, and entry-level recruitment.
    Provides recruitment coordination support, including sourcing diverse candidate pools, conducting reference checks, and following up with candidates regarding candidacy status and outcome of interview/selection process.
    Schedules interview dates, health screens, candidate travel logistics, and orientation events.
    Coordinates on-boarding activities for new hires.
    Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities.
    Coordinates local and regional recruiting events. Maintains event calendar and monitors ROI.
    Coordinates limited aspects of new hire orientation for specified groups.
    Provides backup assistance to Recruiters; may assist in the interview process and resolve general issues related to recruiting processes and procedures.
    Coordinates recruitment activities, processes, policies and procedures locally and regionally.
