Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist LocationGrand Rapids, MI Job SummaryThe Senior TA Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting Fishbeck's growth and success through talent acquisition and performance management needs within technical departments. The position will work closely with a team of HR Generalists to ensure effective HR operations and aid in the support for the entire firm. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic objectives by attracting and retaining top-tier talent through innovative and efficient HR practices. Primary Functions
Exposed to occasional lifting and carrying. Will have normal office working conditions and be required to sit and use a computer. Able to use various technical equipment for communication and documentation. Visual acuity necessary to perform responsibilities. Desired Education/LicensureBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Desired Skills/Experience
