Schedule and Hours
Tuesday to Friday
10:00pm to 6:00am
Sequence Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Company’s plans and vision
- Monitoring employee productivity.
- Training new hires
- Implements and enforces systems, policies and procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Automotive experience
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well with other employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- At least one year of experience as a production manager
