Earn $100,000/year

This position maintains oversight of broader geography, complexity and/or large revenue scope programs in order to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner; plans and develops program goals and directs efforts towards meeting goals; provides support, direction, and supervision of assigned staff; manages response to patient/family complaints or grievances; develops services and programs to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance; supports marketing, development, and community relations activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• License Certification, valid RN license (depending on regulatory requirements) in good standing in the state where services are performed.
• 3-5 Years clinical nursing supervisor experience.
• Experience working this population served (e.g. IDD, adult behavioral health) preferred
• On call duties required, depending on the program
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to electronic medical records system(s), preferred
