Workers' Compensation Attorney
MentorWorks Education Capital, a workforce development company, is looking for a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join one of our employer partners. Candidates will be screened by the MentorWorks team. If selected, the candidate will move on in the process to our employment partner.
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled attorney to join their team as a General Liability and/or Workers' Compensation Attorney. In this role, you will handle cases in both workers' compensation and general liability practices, assisting clients in achieving efficient and favorable resolutions. We welcome candidates with experience in either or both areas of law, and trial experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000, and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The Firm offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, parental leave, and a hybrid work schedule. Additionally, the Firm provides various optional benefits such as accidental and critical illness coverage and supplemental life insurance. The Firm also offers 40 hours of billable time PTO credit on a calendar basis.
