Restoration Technician

Duties:
- Perform asbestos abatement and removal in accordance with safety regulations and protocols
- Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces affected by water, fire, or mold damage
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration tasks
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in water, fire and or mold restoration/mitigation
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction and building processes is a plus
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools

This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in various environments. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week

Experience:

• Water/Fire Mitigation: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Water, Mold and or Fire Certifications. (Required)

Willingness to travel:
