Overview

We have immediate openings for Full-Time 2nd Shift Production Team Members. 2nd Shift hours are 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm Monday – Friday.

• Great Starting Pay - $16.40/Hr and Up DOE (includes $2.00/Hr shift differential)
• Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)

Responsibilities

Works as part of a self-sufficient team responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment including filling product, labeling, visual inspection and auditing for accuracy, and packing products. Our team members are vital to achieving our high product quality and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be team players who can learn a variety of tasks and perform in multiple roles on their assigned production team as needed and who are dependable with exceptional attendance and a strong work ethic. Experience in packaging products in a manufacturing environment is a plus; however, it’s not required. We provide on-the-job training to help you gain the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure your success.

Other qualifications include:

• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to visually inspect component parts for compliance with quality standards; check batch numbers and other required coding; check product labeling; and match product with the appropriate carton
