Megan Collective a boutique restaurant group located in Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware is currently seeking detail oriented kitchen expo for the summer season.

This would be for Houston White Co. in Rehoboth with a employee parking lot across the street.

Pay is base $13.25-14 plus tip out so roughly $20-$23/hr

Responsibilities
- Organize food to tickets and send out to appropriate seats/tables. Attention to detail is very important as you are the last person to touch food before it leaves the kitchen.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Contribute to a positive dining experience for guests by delivering high-quality food and service.
- Utilize your culinary skills to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Draw upon your hospitality background to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, and kitchen environments
- Proficiency in food preparation, banquet service, bussing, cooking, and customer service
- Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings
- Culinary background or relevant certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
