Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to ensure high performance
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, POS system, and customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of recruiting and training development processes
- Experience in store management or assistant manager role is preferred
- Ability to manage shifts and work flexible hours as needed
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
