From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care.Responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans and activity in line with the UK marketing strategy and to agreed budget ensuring best ROI and performance metrics.Lead a team of marketing, digital and other professionals to deliver contracts across multiple geographies. Manage development plans, mentor and coach direct and indirect reports 25%Proof and approve engaging, creative copy and design briefs for a range of materials underpinned by behavioral science 10%Draft, deliver and approve marketing plans and activities in line with UK marketing strategy, whilst adhering to commissioner/client requirements 15%Oversee pro-active, cross-channel communications campaigns to support sales/referral generation 15%Manage and oversee digital marketing activity, online, paid and social 15%Evaluate marketing and campaign activity to determine impact and ROI.
