*RN Immediate Need - Home Health Care*
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Home Health Programs in Chicago, Illinois. Coverage areas include: Northlake, Elmwood Park, Oak Park and extends to Norridge, Harwood Heights, Portage Park, Logan Square. The nurse would be in one area for the day to cover routine visits and admissions.
*Requirements:*
* 1 Year Experience Home Health
* BLS
* EPIC
* PT/INR machine in some areas, IV pumps: Sapphire
*Description:*
* Patients: 6 Patients
* RN: 5-6 Patient visits
* Case Manager: 20-30 patients
* Shifts: 8am - 5pm
* Weekends: NO
* Start Date: 2 weeks from offer
* Duration: 13 weeks with high likelihood of extension
* Compensation: $60-$65 per hour, based on experience
