Physical Therapist- (Contracts / Contract To Hire)
( 13 - Week Contract & Contract to Hire Opportunity)

Starting Pay: $2,400 - $2,600 / Week

Location: Kenosha & Racine Area Coverage - Mileage Reimbursed
Post-Hospitalization, Continued Care Rehabilitation, Home Health

Shift Hours: 8hr Day Shifts (40hrs/week); 8 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy License
• BLS Certification
• PT Home Health experience for 2-3 years
• EPIC/Oasis EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and medical histories to design personalized treatment plans. ( 5- 8 patients per day )
• Execute tailored therapy programs focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Continuously assess patients' advancements, adapting therapies as necessary for optimal results.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurses, physicians etc.
