We are hiring for Medical Front Desks for one of our largest health systems in the Branson, MO (65616) area!!
Job Details:
- Greet patients / interact with patients
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and educate them on their financial responsibilities.
- Discuss payment options and assistance, as necessary
- Duties may include scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance including pre-visit collection.
- Responsible for ensuring that the most accurate patient data is obtained and populated into the patient record.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service skills
- Good tenure
- Computer savvy and technical skilled, collecting money at time of service, etc.
Pay: $15/hr with room for growth
Hours: M-F 7a-5:30
