Your Role: The Welcoming Face of Still Waters at the Front Desk

• Create First Impressions: Greet guests with a warm smile and provide a seamless check-in experience.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Offer information about our resort rooms, rates, and amenities, making each guest feel special and welcomed.
• Handle Reservations with Finesse: Manage phone and online bookings with precision and care.
• Resolve with Empathy: Address guest concerns with a professional and understanding approach.
