Overview

The Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for analyzing financial data and working with the Manager, FP&A to present financials to the leaders through the enterprise

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the FP&A Manager to compile budgets 
• Assist in maintenance and improvement of budgeting process and model 
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial performance compared to historical results and budget monthly 
• Perform monthly income statement forecasting based on analysis and feedback from Management 
• Identify trends and observe over time 
• Assist the manager in developing, implementing, and analyzing key performance indicators 
• Support the enterprise’s sales function, including new customer pricing process 
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial information processes and systems 
• Other innovative financial analysis duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field required 
• Graduate degree in business or finance field preferred 
• 1-3 years of finance and accounting experience preferred 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Customer service mindset 
• Ability to use discretion when handling sensitive information 
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
• Honest, assertive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team based environment
