• Analyze financial data, market research, and economic indicators and present a summary of the information to the investment committee
• Possess a solid understanding of fixed income investments and their role in client portfolio asset allocations
• Make industry and sector investment recommendations with supporting documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and risk management protocols in all investment activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate investment strategies into broader organizational goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, new investment opportunities, and evolving financial regulations to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

This role focuses primarily on individual equity research. It requires a visionary and strategic thinker who can navigate complex financial landscapes while demonstrating ethical and prudent decision-making. The Investment Research Analyst will play a role in shaping the firm's investment direction and ensuring the financial success of its clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA a plus; or equivalent experience
• A CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation a plus
• Proven experience (5 years) in investment management, financial analysis, and strategy development
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment instruments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
