Job Overview:
We are seeking a working Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained to assume the Practice Manager position upon the PM's retirement. Initial Duties will be to train on and master all administrative duties of the practice including those associated with the front desk, scheduling, billing and management of in-office store inventory, ultimately co-supervising the staff with the clinical manager.
Once initial duties are mastered, the following duties will be assigned and trained: oversee office budget and expenses; process employee timesheets and biweekly payroll; maintain office policies and procedures; perform human resource functions such as onboarding and benefits administration; liaison with accounting, marketing and social media vendors; manage software functionality and vendor relationships including EHR, digital front door and practice website and organize events and company functions.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Very positive outlook with excellent interpersonal skills
