Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and drive the company's financial strategy. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budget management, financial reporting and forecasting.
Duties:
-Develops reports, presentations, and narrative descriptions to communicate dashboard analysis findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Develops recommendations for metric-based operational goals across patient access departments by identifying key performance indicators and desired results. Supports patient accounting initiatives through analysis and reporting of operations, financial, and statistical information. Completes monthly reports for review by CEO and COO.
-Identify variances and trends impacting financial performance and recommend solutions based on statistical analysis of internal practices and external influences such as economic changes, regional business conditions and regulatory impact.
-Identifies and communicates to management opportunities for system/process and performance improvement. Collaborates with management to develop and document department project goals and timelines to ensure project adherence to the goals. Evaluates Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
-Create forecasting and other strategic modeling.
-Manage special projects
-Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information; secures salary information.
-Coordinates with CEO and COO annual budget and forecast templates for use by management.
-Prepare biweekly and monthly payroll.
-Review property leases.
-Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-Review and approve monthly financial statements including bank reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role
-Strong knowledge of Excel, Google, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Strong project orientation, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience in managing a finance team and driving financial performance
