Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates is Hiring a Food Service Director Near Bridgewater, NJ

Seeking a Full Time Food Service Director in a Long Term Care Facility. We offer an excellent salary with great benefits, and room for advancement. 

Job Responsibilities include:

Oversee and train cooks and dietary staff.

Oversee and distribute menu preparation assignments.

Ensure food is meeting the highest of standards.

Perform audits including labeling, dating and sanitation rounds

Demonstrate and ensure accurate and appealing plating of food

Audit tray line for accuracy.
Job Requirements:

Must be ServSafe certified. CDM is a plus.

Candidate should possess a hands on leadership approach.

Experience with ordering, menu planning, therapeutic diet and scheduling.

Familiar with local and federal food and safety guidelines.

Candidate must comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Candidate must possess organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must possess Attention to detail. 

Minimum 3 years of LTC experience required 

Minimum of 5 years Food Service experience
